Osselaer sucks!
This is a company that handles HOA's. Here is my letter to them.
I am very disappointed in the osselaer company. I made a payment in error after I moved from my house in heritage heights. I noticed the payment and wrongfully thought you would refund my money to me automatically. I have called 4 times now and left messages each time. I finally just talked to a rude woman in accounting. She (after putting me on hold several times) informed me that I would be charged an additional 20 dollars for making this payment in error. I believe Osselaer wanted to keep my entire 69 dollars and was never going to contact me intentionally. Then she had the nerve to ask if I still wanted my money back!!!!! What??! I will never ever move somewhere where Osselaer is the company. I will warn all my clients to steer clear of this company as well. It wouldn't hurt you to have a little bit better customer service.Thanks

You wouldn't believe all the rude and dumb people I talked to on the phone today. I would love to elaborate but don't have time right now. Plus I am resting from a bad day with baby and putting Ileigh in time out 3 times since we picked her up from school. arghhhh
